If you are in receipt of government benefits you may be eligible for a discounted broadband connection

Check the OfCom website for latest details

Step 1 – Is it available in my area?

Use the OfCom checker to see what sppeds are available at your address. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to check if faster speeds are available to you.

Please note: This project won’t physically connect you to the new improved broadband service. Instead, it will provide the technology and infrastructure that will allow local residents and businesses to sign up for the service via a choice of Internet Service Providers.

Step 2 – Choose the best service

To connect to Superfast Broadband contact your Internet Service Provider to upgrade or sign a new contract. It might be a good idea to use an on-line comparison service to find what offers are available with different providers, before making the decision.

Alternatively, you can also look at these OfCom approved price comparison sites such as UswitchCable, Broadband.co.ukBroadband GenieMoney SupermarketCompare The MarketGo CompareBroadband Switch and Choose.

Step 3 – Place your order

Once you’re happy with your choice, contact the broadband provider directly to sign-up and arrange installation.
