COVID-19 Update

We are working closely with Openreach to continue the superfast broadband rollout while being mindful of the safety of workers and of residents during the Coronavirus pandemic. Connecting people has never been more important and our number one priority is to keep people connected at this time.
Openreach is continuing to build infrastructure and will do so for as long as is viable. With this in mind, new Fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) lines are in particular were affected, as these involve going to peoples’ houses. However, now new FTTP and Fibre-to-the-cabinet (FTTC) connections are going ahead, with special measures in place to keep everyone safe, but there may be delays in their completion at this time.
The situation is subject to change and we appreciate your patience in getting through this challenging time.
We will continue to update this information as the guidance evolves from both the UK Government, and other UK health organisations.
